FansAward is an independent fan project built by one person. This page says exactly what it stores and why.

What we collect when you vote

• Your top 3 picks. That is the vote.
• Your email address. Used only to send one confirmation link and to make sure each email votes once. Nothing else is ever sent to it.
• Your country (optional). Used only for the "votes from X countries" figure.
• The time of your vote.

What we do not collect

• No name, no password, no account.
• The app does not store your IP address.

How long we keep it

• Votes that are never confirmed by email are deleted after 7 days.
• When voting closes, emails are replaced with an irreversible anonymous code. The vote counts stay, the email does not.

Things outside our control

• Our hosting provider (Railway) may keep standard server logs, which can include IP addresses.
• This site uses Google Analytics to count visits. It sets cookies in your browser. You can block it with your browser settings or an ad blocker.
• Player photos are served by Cloudinary.

We never

• sell, share or publish your email,
• send marketing messages.
